- To return an item, please contact us beforehand for the correct instructions
- If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your jewellery within 10 days of Delivery for an exchange or refund.
- Items are returned & exchanged at the customer’s expense. We are unable to cover delivery charges from the original receipt and the cost of returning items. There is a restocking/redelivery fee of £3.50 (£9.00 for international orders) for exchanges. In line with current “Health & Hygiene” Regulations, we are unable to accept the returns of earrings/pierced jewellery (including earring & necklace sets).
- Your items must be unused/unworn and returned in original packaging, damage free, within 10 days of delivery to be eligible for refund.
- Pari By Ghazal Tabrez Jewellery reserve the Right to deny any refund/exchange request that do not adhere to our policy.
